General Terms and Conditions
- Mesna industrija Ravlić d.o.o. from Osijek, Čvrsnička 4, OIB 38495941444, is the issuer of the RAVLIĆ Loyalty card (hereinafter: the card), which remains its permanent property. The card can be physical or digital (in the form of the Ravlić Butchery mobile application). Mesna industrija RAVLIĆ d.o.o. reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the RAVLIĆ Loyalty card or completely terminate the use of the card at any time and without prior notice or explanation.
- The issuer will publish all amendments to the General Terms and Conditions of Use on the official website www.ravlic.com. By using the card (physical or digital) for the first time after these General Terms and Conditions have been changed, the user agrees to the changed General Terms and Conditions.
- Any person of legal age who downloads and registers the Ravlić Loyalty App with authentic data can become a RAVLIĆ Loyalty card user.
- Legal entities are issued a RAVLIĆ Business Loyalty card, and legal entities will be informed of the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the RAVLIĆ Business Loyalty card when submitting an application. A legal entity can request its Business Loyalty card by calling the toll-free number for users 0800 1960 or by e-mail at loyalty@ravlic.com.
- By signing the application form or registering in the digital application, the applicant becomes a member of the program and thus unconditionally accepts all terms and rules.
- The Issuer processes the user's personal data for the purposes of membership, exercising the right to discounts and benefits when purchasing, and monitoring data on card usage and used discounts for the purposes of improving and developing services and products. When joining the Loyalty program, the user provides the following data: e-mail address and place of residence for the purpose of registering in the mobile application, also for the purpose of preventing abuse of the Loyalty program, and for the purpose of marketing, i.e. technical information and notification of benefits, participation in prize games, as well as the date and year of birth if user wants to exercise special birthday benefits.
- The data in paragraph 6 are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Statement available on the website ravlic.com/pravne-stranice/politika-zastite-privatnosti.
- The user may object to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the e-mail address zastitapodataka@ravlic.com, by calling the toll-free info phone number: 0800 1960 or by mail to the address Čvrsnička 4, 31000 Osijek. If the user objects to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of participating in the Loyalty Program, it is considered as a withdrawal from participation in the Program, and the Issuer will not enable user to collect reward points or other benefits of the Program. To object to processing by e-mail or by phone, it is necessary to send an unsubscribe from the e-mail address or call from the phone number provided when joining the loyalty program for the purpose of identifying the user.
- The company Mesna industrija RAVLIĆ d.o.o., 31000 Osijek, Čvrsnička 4, OIB: 38495941444, is responsible for the processing of personal data.
- The card is issued free of charge for an indefinite period and is valid until revoked.
- Mesna industrija RAVLIĆ d.o.o. reserves the right to issue, but also the right to deny the card if the user does not comply with the rules of use or in the event of abuse or attempted abuse of the loyalty program.
- The user has the right to cancel the use of the card or digital card in the application in writing. The cancellation is valid from the moment the issuer receives the cancellation notice and the returned card or the user deactivates the card by deleting the user account in the mobile application.
- The card is not transferable to another person and can be used in all Ravlić butcher shops when purchasing products.
- After activating the card, it is possible to submit a request for joint, family collection of points. You can submit a request for activation of family cards by calling the toll-free number 0800 1960 or by e-mail loyalty@ravlic.com. Family card members collect points together and each member has the opportunity to use the points collected together.
- The issuer is not liable for any damage that may occur if the user loses the physical card or unauthorizedly transfers their digital card to third parties.
- In the event of loss or theft of the physical card, the user is obliged to report the loss at any point of sale of Mesna industrija RAVLIĆ d.o.o. The user will be assigned a new card to which all points earned up to that point will be transferred.
- Existing owners of Ravlić red cards can register with their serial number and the name and surname that were stored during the first registration and launch the digital Ravlić application on their mobile device. The points earned will be converted into a new points system, with welcome reward points after registration and the first purchase in the minimum amount of 1 €.
Reward system
- The card is used to collect points and is activated with the first purchase at the Ravlić butcher shop.
- When making the first purchase in the minimum amount of 1 € using the application, existing and new members of the Loyalty program will be awarded 500 welcome points.
- The RAVLIĆ Loyalty program user earns points according to the model: for every 0.60 € spent, the user earns 10 points, with the average value of one point being 0.001 €.
- In order to be entitled to reward points when making a purchase, the card user must present the card at the checkout. The aforementioned model applies to all types of payments at the Ravlić butcher shop.
- The right to reduce the bill with points cannot be used to purchase alcohol, cigarettes and newspapers.
- In order to be entitled to reduce the bill in the value of the points on the card when making a purchase, the card user must have a minimum of 1,000 collected points and must present the card at the checkout.
- For every 1,000 points collected, the user is entitled to a reduction on the next bill in the amount of 1 €. After the user has used 1,000 points, it is necessary to collect another 1,000 points in order to receive the next bill reduction.
Points are calculated according to an algorithm and converted into the following discounts:
1.000 = 1 €
2.000 = 4 €
3.000 = 9 €
4.000 = 15 €
- In the event of an internet service disruption at the point of sale, it is possible to collect new points, but it is not possible to use the collected points.
- Amounts that do not reach the right to earn additional points cannot be transferred to another account, i.e. another purchase (for example, if the bill is €3.5, the user will collect 50 points, and the remaining €0.50 cannot be transferred to collect points on the next bill/purchase).
- The user can use only a part of the collected points, provided that the points are used in rounded amounts of 1,000 points. The user can, for example, use 1,000, 2,000 or 3,000 points, while the remaining amount of points remains available for further collection and future use.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash withdrawals.
- Points can be used to reduce the account in accordance with the following rules:
Digital card: The user indicates to the employee in the butcher shop the amount of points they wish to redeem. The points balance is updated after the transaction and is visible the next time the application is launched.
Physical card: The same value model applies as for the digital card. The user can use points to reduce their bill by presenting the card at the checkout, and the amount of the reduction is determined by the total number of points available.
- There is no time limit on the use of collected points.
- A card user who, while using the mobile application, also provided their date of birth will recieve on the day of their birthday, a benefit of 500 free birthday points. In order to prevent manipulation, users who had their information entered the day before their birthday are considered for rewards. This benefit cannot be used more than once a year.
- With each purchase, the customer is presented with the number of points earned with that purchase and the total amount of points collected to that point on the invoice. The above display is informative, and Mesna industrija Ravlić d.o.o. is not responsible for any possible errors in the display of the points balance.
- The points balance can be checked in the mobile application "Mesnice Ravlić" or in any of the Ravlić butcher shops.
- All complaints about the balance of points should be sent to Mesna industrija RAVLIĆ d.o.o. by e-mail at loyalty@ravlic.com or to the address Čvrsnička 4, 31000 Osijek. The response to the complaint will be sent to the complainant within the legal deadline of 15 days.
